“ Invisalign is a big commitment and you need to be committed for a year or so. However, once you have decided to go ahead you get into the routine of inserting and removing aligners without too much difficulty. At the beginning, it is hard to believe that really uneven teeth can be straightened but indeed they can and for me the result was good. Permanent retainers behind the front top and bottom teeth ensure that they remain straight and there are night-time aligners for the first 3 years. All in all, I am glad I made the decision to have Invisalign and am happy to have straight teeth for the first time in my life.
